RLI Part I consists of seven hour long sessions covering many of the basic aspects of Rotary. Following a welcome and introduction, there is a session devoted to the Characteristics of Leaders. Rotary Beyond the Club is the next topic covering the wide world of Rotary. A session covering Membership Retention and another covering all aspects of The Rotary foundation follows. Team Building and Service Projects rounds out the day. Each participant is presented with a notebook and a CD with supplementary materials. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided as a part of the registration fee. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the program gets underway at 8:30 a.m. After registration confirming emails will be sent to the registrant as well as one describing the location and other pertinent information will follow.
